We can work with 99% of photos our customers submit, but a higher quality photo is ideal to work from. A well lit, clearly focused photo taken at eye level, (not looking down on the pet) will get the optimal results.
Absolutely! We can illustrate and place up to 3 pets in one portrait. You can submit separate pictures of each pet and we will illustrate and place them together, on one portrait or accessory.
From dogs to kangaroos, we can illustrate any pet you may have!
You will be able to request as many revisions to the illustration you'd like, without any cost to you. If you want to change the product ordered, i.e. mug instead of phone case, we can accept order changes within 24 hours of ordering. After that, it's likely already gone to production, so we are unable to change the product order.
